Ingredients:
1 Pineapple,
peeled and thickly sliced
5 Cayenne's
1 tablespoon
of tamarind
1 galangal,
bruised

Salt,
sugar and mushroom broth

chilies
3 onions

garlics
1 teaspoon of fried shrimp pasta
Steps:

Sauté
the seasoning with galangal and lemongrass.

Pour
water and tamarind water and stir well.
3.

the fish, pineapple, and cayenne.
4.
Add
salt, sugar and mushroom broth. Stir well.
